1. 　シャトルバスは5年ほど前から各社が走らせ始めたそうだが、これも従業員に対する福利厚生の一環。背景として都市居住を好む若年層の増加が指摘される。郊外に住んでクルマで移動する生活よりも、街中に住み、買い物や遊びに出るには徒歩や公共交通機関を使う。そんなライフスタイルを志向する層だ。

    　IT企業が走らせるシャトルバスだけに、車内ではWIFIが完備されており、スマートフォンやタブレットPCをいじりながら通勤する。クルマで通っていては当然こんなことはできない。
